    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and shape end-to-end corporate strategy.
    • Lead business cases, due diligence, and strategic design for flagship initiatives.
    • Work directly with the CEO, CSO, and Board on priority strategic questions.
    • Design operating models and governance frameworks for new platforms and ventures.
    • Build and lead a high-performing internal strategy team.
    • Operate in a confidential, fast-moving, and intellectually demanding environment.

    Requirements

    • Background in McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent Tier-1 strategy firm (current or previous).
    • Typically 10–15 years’ experience, currently at Associate Partner / Director level (or equivalent).
    • Strong exposure to the public sector, education, sovereign, or large-scale transformation work.
    • Proven ability to lead complex analyses, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions.
    • International experience and comfort operating across cultures; Middle East exposure is beneficial but not required.
