Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative entrepreneurship and tech education programs.

- Drive the growth of tech ventures, guiding them from ideation through market leadership.
- Oversee curriculum development and program management for educational initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in entrepreneurship, tech education, or venture building.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, incubation, and acceleration processes.
- Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Education) or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a significant advantage.
