Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative entrepreneurship and tech education programs.
• Lead and mentor teams focused on fostering tech innovation and venture development.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with startups, industry, and academic institutions.
• Drive the growth of tech ventures, guiding them from ideation through market leadership.
• Oversee curriculum development and program management for educational initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in entrepreneurship, tech education, or venture building.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, incubation, and acceleration processes.
• Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Education) or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a significant advantage.
