Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance and Accounting department for accurate and timely financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with finance directives and legal regulations.
• Lead annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Manage capital purchases and disposals.
• Provide financial training and coaching to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• University degree in Finance and a Professional Finance accreditation.
• Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office, Opera, Micros, Sun, and Hyperion.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
