Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition and development.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in Egypt.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and well-being.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and consultation to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in the outsourcing, offshoring, or consulting industry is highly preferred.
