Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the ANZ region.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Represent Timescapes at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS or construction technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the construction market dynamics and client needs across Australia and New Zealand.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Ability to work autonomously and strategically within a fast-paced, global environment.
