Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the bank’s comprehensive telecom strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operational management of all telecommunications infrastructure and services.
• Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of all telecom networks and systems across FAB’s global footprint.
• Manage key vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize spending for telecom services and equipment.
• Drive innovation in telecommunications technology to support evolving business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing team of telecom professionals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in telecommunications management, with a significant portion in the financial services sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Deep technical expertise in network architecture, unified communications, voice, data, and mobile technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards within banking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at an executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
