Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily dispatch plans based on sales orders and production availability.
• Manage relationships with external transporters and logistics service providers.
• Leverage ERP systems to automate dispatch processes and generate real-time reports.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of dispatch officers, weighbridge operators, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and company statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and dispatch, with at least 5 years in the Cement or Heavy Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution module) and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and crisis management skills.
