Job Overview
AB InBev is seeking a Dispatcher in Dachau to coordinate the efficient and cost-effective delivery of beverages. You will plan routes, assign orders to drivers and vehicles, and support warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics within a globally recognized company, with opportunities for career growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods during shifts
- Assign orders to available drivers and vehicles
- Use Roadnet tour planning system to organize deliveries
- Support warehouse and event teams with accurate and timely logistics
- Monitor compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Supervise drivers and provide guidance on daily tasks
- Create vacation schedules and maintain payroll records
- Address inquiries from the logistics team
- Promote company values and lead by example
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business or logistics
- Prior experience as dispatcher or freight forwarding clerk preferred
- Good German & English skills, other languages a plus
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly, flexibly, and under pressure
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience in beverage logistics is advantageous
