Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations and staff within the assigned district.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality real estate services and client satisfaction.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Support property management, leasing, and sales teams in achieving objectives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on district performance and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or associate-level role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus.
