Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documents, drawings, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date document control system for various projects.
- Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to relevant internal and external teams.
- Implement and adhere to established document control procedures and company standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on document status and project progress.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and associated documentation standards.
