Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project documents, drawings, and correspondence efficiently.

  • Implement and maintain robust document control procedures and systems.
  • Distribute documents to relevant internal and external stakeholders and track all revisions.
  • Assist in compiling comprehensive project reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external parties for document submission and retrieval.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.
  • Proficiency in document management software and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for document control.
