Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and accessibility.
- Implement and maintain robust document control procedures and systems in accordance with project standards.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and track revisions promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all project and regulatory requirements for document management.
- Maintain an organized and comprehensive document filing system, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in archiving and retrieving documents as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role (2 Year+ experience preferred).
- Proficiency in document management software, databases, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Familiarity with infrastructure or construction project documentation is a plus.
