    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise electronic receipt and distribution of documents.
    • Manage Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ShareCat.
    • Expedite comment turnaround during document reviews.
    • Manage document distribution matrices.
    • Facilitate communication between global operating centers and subcontract organizations.
    • Provide administrative support including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.

    Requirements

    • Preferable degree level in a technical or administrative discipline or equivalent.
    • At least five years’ experience with document control, with at least 3 years in EPC projects.
    • Clear understanding of business needs, conditions, and processes.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic project environment.
