As a Door Attendant & Concierge at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and luxurious experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist all arriving and departing guests.
  • Provide prompt and efficient valet and luggage assistance.
  • Offer comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a proactive approach.
  • Ensure the hotel entrance and lobby areas are always presentable and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional luxury hospitality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
