Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their departure, creating an excellent first impression.
  • Assist guests efficiently with luggage handling, storage, and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide comprehensive concierge services, including directions, local recommendations, and booking assistance.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Collaborate effectively with the front desk, valet, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming hotel entrance area and lobby environment.

Requirements
