Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and attract qualified truck drivers for Dry Van and Flatbed Divisions.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a cultural fit.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Represent LIV Enterprises Inc. positively to prospective drivers and the broader community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other digital tools.
• Understanding of driver qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific regulations is a plus.
