    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in Front Office roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages preferred.
    • Proficient in Property Management Systems and MS Office tools.
    • Adaptable and flexible with shifts, with strong attention to detail.
    • Culturally aware and skilled in problem-solving.
