Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize all online sales channels for banking, investment, and financing products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify new opportunities for online growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and IT teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
- Oversee the entire e-commerce sales funnel, from lead generation and acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Sales Manager, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, online sales platforms, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage complex projects, and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Latvian is essential for effective communication in the local market.
