Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role, ideally supporting a CEO or C-suite executive.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
