Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and market share.
- Manage and optimize all digital sales channels, including website, mobile apps, and other online platforms.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Monitor and report on key eCommerce KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and online sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
