    Nido Early School is seeking an Associate Educator in Eastern, North Macedonia, to join their team. You will be instrumental in nurturing and educating children from six weeks old to school age, following an educational approach inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and adapt the Reggio Emilia-inspired educational approach for children.
    • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for early childhood development.
    • Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and growth.
    • Foster curiosity and encourage exploration through engaging activities and resources.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic child development.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring learning space, both indoors and outdoors.

    Requirements

    • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children’s well-being.
    • Relevant vocational certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
    • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the children and the school environment.
