Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide comprehensive EHS training to employees and contractors to foster a safety-conscious culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international EHS standards for ongoing projects and operations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed EHS documentation, reports, and statistics for management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS management, preferably within manufacturing or EPC sectors.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and relevant international standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and effectively implement control measures.
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems, incident reporting, and data analysis tools.
