    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
    • Promote a strong and proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance and sustainability.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector.
    • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct thorough audits and implement effective corrective actions.
    • Relevant professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to EHS challenges.
