Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations.
- Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
- Promote a strong and proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance and sustainability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in EHS management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and implement effective corrective actions.
- Relevant professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to EHS challenges.
