Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB is seeking an experienced Electrical designer Engineer with Construction Management experience for substation projects in the Oil and Gas sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all electrical construction activities in consultation with the Lead Engineer, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the execution of daily electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
- Close coordination with multidisciplinary team and interface project.
- Ensuring all construction activities are in accordance with ADNOC HSE policy.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-10 years minimum Oil & Gas experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and coordination.
- Analytic and pro-active approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools.
