Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utilities.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment and plumbing.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Requirements

• Some experience in general maintenance and surface preparation.
• Basic knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for inputting schedules and making temperature changes.
• Driver’s License
• Adherence to company safety and security policies.
