    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome visitors and manage queries from families, visitors, staff, and children.
    • Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls, and relay communications.
    • Cross-check attendance to ensure accurate registration of pupils.
    • Update lists, records, and contact details to maintain the school database.
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the leadership of the school.
    • Support school marketing and admissions activities and assist with the registration process for new pupils.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and understanding of the English language.
    • Ability to work independently, swiftly, and with close attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to liaise and work alongside a range of people, including pupils, in a relaxed but professional manner.
    • Initiative, flexibility, a fun, proactive, and positive attitude.
