Key Responsibilities
- Maintain legal document databases and ensure safe custody of originals and scanned copies.
- Review legal documents/contracts and coordinate with lawyers for clarifications.
- Process routine legal procedural functions under lawyer guidance.
- Assist in the finalization of agreements by highlighting changes and preparing supporting documentation.
- Track, monitor, and report job requests, deadlines, and litigation updates.
- Organize meetings, support travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum University Degree.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate development, preferably in shopping mall legal administrative matters in GCC.
- Familiarity with legal document databases and contract review.
- Ability to coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
