Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution processes effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in employee relations, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
