Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Support the development and implementation of audit plans, procedures, and methodologies.
- Analyze audit findings, identify discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and assess their effectiveness over time.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of operational excellence and service quality across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in auditing, quality assurance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
