    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in conducting quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
    • Support the development and implementation of audit plans, procedures, and methodologies.
    • Analyze audit findings, identify discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in auditing, quality assurance, or a similar analytical role.
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
    • Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
