The representative will also manage key client relationships, provide product training, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieve territory sales targets and product goals through effective client engagement.
    • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
    • Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account potential.
    • Participate in local medical congresses and industry events.
    • Manage inventory, forecasts, samples, and promotional budgets.
    • Ensure compliance with Abbott’s corporate policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate customer records, monthly highlights, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide product solutions and troubleshoot issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Bio-medical, Bio-engineering, Health Sciences, or related).
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience; medical device industry preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and medical terminology.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to prepare and execute territory business plans.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean proficiency preferred.
    • Ability to travel and work in an international business environment.
