This role focuses on driving consistent sales growth, achieving product targets, and expanding business opportunities in the vascular healthcare sector. The representative will also manage key client relationships, provide product training, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets and product goals through effective client engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account potential.
- Participate in local medical congresses and industry events.
- Manage inventory, forecasts, samples, and promotional budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Abbott’s corporate policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, monthly highlights, and reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide product solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Bio-medical, Bio-engineering, Health Sciences, or related).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience; medical device industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and execute territory business plans.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean proficiency preferred.
- Ability to travel and work in an international business environment.
