Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems within the catering facility.
• Ensure the optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all catering equipment and machinery.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new engineering systems and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in a large-scale industrial, food production, or aviation catering environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of facility infrastructure, production machinery, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse, multicultural team.
