Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems within the catering facility.
- Ensure the optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all catering equipment and machinery.
- Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new engineering systems and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in a large-scale industrial, food production, or aviation catering environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility infrastructure, production machinery, and control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse, multicultural team.
