Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to safe working practices and safety legislation.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and policies in accordance with ISO 9001:2001 international standards.
- Provide timely response to breakdowns and accurate diagnosis of faults.
- Monitor preventative maintenance programs and facilitate the provision of necessary tools and equipment.
- Oversee the supervision of junior engineering and technical staff.
- Propose and implement improvements to work procedures.
Requirements
- An engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a recognized body.
- 6 years of relevant experience in a Catering, Facilities, or Project Management environment.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering Legislation with strong exposure to Quality standards and Safety system practices.
- Ability to stay calm in emergency situations and multitask effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
