Al Ghurair is seeking an Engineer – Facilities to supervise, coordinate, and control all activities related to maintenance, refurbishment/modifications, and construction/installations/commissioning/testing of equipment, buildings, and systems. The role involves ensuring PPM activities are on schedule and field activities meet standards, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure high reliability and availability of facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and control all maintenance, refurbishment/modification, and construction/installation activities.
- Ensure PPM activities are carried out as per schedule and field activities meet standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high reliability and availability of facilities.
- Develop and implement an effective preventive maintenance program.
- Implement a facility inspection program to minimize maintenance costs and enhance facility reliability.
- Prepare regular work reports, including daily, equipment failure, and incident/accident reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in Facilities Management systems.
- Proficient in M.S Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Facilities Management software tools.
- Good organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills.
