Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing contract delivery in accordance with scope of works.
- Ensure team adheres to all Health and Safety regulations and policies.
- Maintain contract-specific documentation, including contract management and PPM schedules.
- Ensure CAFM systems are updated and verify the quality of jobs done by the teams.
- Evaluate risks on site and ensure training is provided to team members.
- Develop strong customer relationships and achieve contract organic growth.
Requirements
- Excellent customer management and ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.
- Ability to train team members in all aspects of technical and non-technical services.
- Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of KPI and Service Level Agreements.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and their regular updates.
