Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Prepare manufacturing analysis and decision-making data.
- Lead and manage welders, technicians, and supervisors.
- Convert client requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (ARC, MIG, TIG).
- Minimum 2 years’ UAE vendor base experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of client requirements.
- Experience in preparing design concepts and fabrication drawings.
