Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain a purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment.

• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
• Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers.
