    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
    • Ensure efficient and reliable operation of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and other ELV infrastructure.
    • Lead, train, and manage a team of ELV technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system functionality.
    • Coordinate with other engineering departments and hotel operations for seamless service delivery.
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies in all ELV related tasks.

    Requirements

    • Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in ELV systems maintenance and supervision, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
    • Strong technical expertise in CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and other ELV technologies.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
    • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
