Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Ensure efficient and reliable operation of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and other ELV infrastructure.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of ELV technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate with other engineering departments and hotel operations for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies in all ELV related tasks.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in ELV systems maintenance and supervision, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
- Strong technical expertise in CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and other ELV technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
