Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and quality.
  • Interpret and exceed client expectations through effective project delivery.
  • Oversee the fabrication and installation of mechanical systems and pipework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within mechanical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of process and utility pipework fabrication and installation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple industry sectors.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
