Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and quality.
- Interpret and exceed client expectations through effective project delivery.
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of mechanical systems and pipework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and resources.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of process and utility pipework fabrication and installation.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple industry sectors.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
