Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance, for key products.
- Drive technical strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives, particularly for payment and business management solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software through best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
- Manage agile processes and workflows to optimize team productivity and project delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an engineering leadership or management role, ideally within a FinTech, SaaS, or similar technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically plan, prioritize, and execute complex engineering initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A passion for building impactful products and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses.
