Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Drive the architectural decisions and technical roadmap for AI-powered grid resilience software.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and robust performance.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the engineering team.
• Ensure the successful integration of satellite data and machine learning models into the platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a senior full-stack lead, with 5+ years in software development.
• Strong background in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring.
• Experience with machine learning integration and data processing pipelines is highly desirable.
