Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website.
- Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all website content.
- Maintain regulatory awareness in all written content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing for the retail banking, digital banking, fintech or financial institutions.
- UX writing or microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, error messages).
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, such as: Accounts, loans, credit cards, Islamic banking, investments, digital banking, etc.
