Projects primarily involve interviews addressing sensitive topics, requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe English audio recordings (typically up to 2 hours in length).
- Handle content involving sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Identify and differentiate between multiple speakers (usually 2–3 per recording).
- Ensure transcriptions meet quality and formatting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and meet agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous transcription experience is essential.
- University degree (translation or language-related field preferred).
- Proficiency with CAT tools.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
