Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and opportunity generation by creating, qualifying, managing, and closing enterprise deals.
- Lead business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline ramp-up, and market penetration.
- Partner with reseller channels, including recruitment, enablement, training, and performance monitoring.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and product.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and lead generation initiatives.
- Set priorities and keep the team focused on achieving revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, ideally in data, data security, governance, privacy, or cloud-native software.
- Proven success in introducing new products, executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze and visualize complex data to inform sales strategies.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
