Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage various contracting projects from inception to successful completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Effectively coordinate communication and work between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Oversee resource allocation, manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce all relevant health and safety regulations on project sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Entrepriseleder or Projektleder, preferably 5+ years in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to various project sites as required.
