Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate technical studies related to environmental impacts of highway projects.
- Conduct thorough environmental impact assessments for new and ongoing road constructions.
- Develop and manage documentation required for land use decisions and construction permits.
- Ensure full compliance with national and EU environmental legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into highway design and stabilization.
- Participate in the land acquisition process, focusing on environmental due diligence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in environmental management or a related field, preferably within infrastructure or construction.
- Strong understanding of Slovak and European Union environmental laws and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and review complex technical environmental documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
