Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems for manufacturing processes.
- Oversee quality assurance processes integrated within the ERP framework to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for ERP system utilization in manufacturing and quality control.
- Train and support team members on ERP functionalities related to production and quality management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP systems management, specifically in manufacturing and quality modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
- Mid-Senior level experience, typically 5+ years in a related role.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle manufacturing processes is a plus.
