Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workstations and manufacturing processes to identify ergonomic risks.
- Design and implement ergonomic improvements to enhance employee safety and comfort.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for new equipment and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and health & safety teams on ergonomic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic best practices for employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented ergonomic solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in applying ergonomic principles in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on human factors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ergonomic assessment tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
