Key Responsibilities

• Manage product readiness activities for new and existing energy storage solutions in European markets.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant European regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to integrate compliance requirements early in the product lifecycle.
• Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes across Europe and update product strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, compliance reports, and certification records.
• Act as a key contact for regulatory bodies and testing agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, readiness, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of European product regulations and certification processes (e.g., CE marking, grid codes).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
