Key Responsibilities
- Manage product readiness activities for new and existing energy storage solutions in European markets.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant European regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to integrate compliance requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes across Europe and update product strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, compliance reports, and certification records.
- Act as a key contact for regulatory bodies and testing agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, readiness, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of European product regulations and certification processes (e.g., CE marking, grid codes).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
