Artemide Centro Congressi, a premier events venue in Castel San Pietro Terme, Italy, is looking for a dynamic and professional Event Manager to join its team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate and conference events from start to finish.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and supervise external vendors (catering, AV, setup).
- Monitor and optimize event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Supervise events onsite, ensuring smooth execution and solving real-time issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for successful event delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event management (corporate/conference environment preferred).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible schedule, availability for weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with event management platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of English (Italian is a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €1,350 – €1,850/month (depending on experience).
