Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events within the forex and fintech sectors.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalize contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams.
- Lead booth design development and manage contractor coordination.
- Oversee real-time delivery of media assets during events.
- Manage on-ground operations at key industry events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management or brand marketing, preferably within financial services, Forex, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of the forex and fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and vendors.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
